In Cypriot taverns, you have probably tried traditional smoked pork more than once: chiromeri, lukanika, basturma, lunza, bacon and others. We will visit a village smokehouse, where you will see how all these delicacies are prepared. Here you can taste them not from cellophane packaging, but the freshest, that is, literally taken "in the heat, in the heat." The owner of the winery usually serves homemade red wine and bourgeois village yawns with the meat.
The mountain village of Agros is famous for its fields of damask roses - beautiful flowers known for their sophisticated scent. We will visit the Rose Factory, where you will see how syrups, tea, rose water, liqueur, scented candles and soap are made from petals. This place is unique in that it is only here that cosmetics are made on the basis of natural rose oil: lotions, creams, masks, aromatic oils, peels, shower gels and even perfumes.
In Cypriot taverns, glica sweets are usually served for dessert - fruits cooked in sugar syrup, eggplants, watermelon peels, citrus peels, young walnuts, etc. There are about 50 types of glitch in total! We will visit the Nikis factory, where we will be shown how these sweets are prepared and treated to them.
After that, we will climb higher into the mountains to walk to the waterfall, and have lunch at a restaurant on a trout farm or at a traditional tavern in the village of Omodos, where you can taste real Cypriot barbecue!
After lunch, we will stroll through the picturesque village and visit old wineries where you can taste a variety of Cypriot wines, as well as the famous Cypriot Muscat, Commandaria and Yawns.

Tastings of meat, sausages, cheeses, wine, sweets are included in the tour price! But lunch is paid separately: appetizers, salad, hot dish, wine, dessert - all together can get from 15 to 26 euros per person.
