Here we will talk about the types of coffee roasting, taste several coffee single varieties and learn how to evaluate the taste of the drink
☕ Acquaintance with the coffee "alternative" In the next cozy establishment, we will “plunge into a new coffee wave” and talk about alternative brewing methods that require special attention and approach. You will learn how to brew coffee in a hario, pot, kemex or siphon. You will see how the drink is prepared in one of the alternative ways, and, of course, you will taste it
☕ Everything you need to know about coffee machines In a small espresso bar, we will taste the same coffee that is drunk in Italy, but respected in St. Petersburg as well. You will see that the coffee machine is not a soulless coffee aggregator. Let's talk about how coffee machines appeared, how to brew coffee in them correctly, and what factors affect the taste of the drink
☕ Coffee classics and the history of the drink At the end of our walk, let's touch on a coffee vintage. You will learn how and where you drank coffee in the past centuries, what devices were used to prepare the drink. And then we will taste coffee made in an antique coffee maker or a cezve of your choice
