Perhaps no other city in Germany is such a symbol of romance and beauty of the past centuries as Rothenburg an der Tauber. The wonderful town-museum turned out to be almost untouched by the war, and you should definitely visit here to see with your own eyes (and not imagine!) All the preserved attributes of the Middle Ages. After all, it is thanks to this that the city leaves a feeling of magic, especially noticeable during the Christmas holidays. Individual excursion for 1-6 people Duration 1.5 hours Children Allowed with children How it goes On foot € 113 per excursion Price for 1-6 people, regardless of the number of participants
What awaits you
The atmosphere of a medieval fairy tale On the excursion you will see the city, towering over the valley of the Tauber River and surrounded by fortified walls with towers (by the way, you can walk along the wall), with cobbled narrow streets, almost toy half-timbered houses, old wrought-iron signs and lanterns and magnificent fountains. Everywhere you will find small shops, cozy cafes and pubs, where Franconian hospitality invites you to taste the famous sweet and airy "snowballs" with a cup of coffee. On the way, I will tell you about the history of the city, show you nice restaurants where they cook deliciously and inexpensively, introduce you to some of the nooks and crannies of Rothenburg, hidden from the eyes of tourists. You will see the majestic town hall in the central square and the Gothic church of St. James, as well as the wonderful castle park. People from all over the world come here to experience the charm of a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. I will help you get the most of the vivid impressions of this fabulous city
