Labyrinths of bars and coffee shops We will then turn into quiet streets where the best coffee shops in Amsterdam are located. You will see the oldest establishment of this format, catch unusual aromas, and find several coffee shops that locals drop in. Let's not ignore smart-shops, where something that cannot be sold legally, although "designer substances" behind bright showcases invariably attract attention.
