What awaits you
Idyllic Kyrenia You will visit the "calling card" of Northern Cyprus - the port of Kyrenia. Walk along the local picturesque harbor and tangled medieval streets. Explore the Kyrenia fortress, perfectly preserved from the 16th century, and see a sunken ship from the time of Alexander the Great. Also, go down to the Lusignan dungeons and hear the legend of the Templars. Stop by the cozy village where the English writer Lawrence Durrell lived, and visit the medieval Gothic Bellapais Abbey
Ancient Famagusta You will see the most interesting sights of Famagusta: the uninhabited area of Varosha, the Crusader fortress and the Cathedral of St. Nicholas, where the Lala Mustafa Pasha mosque is now located. Finally, you will find the place where the tragedy of Othello played out and stop by the local pastry shop.
- A taxi will come for you to the hotel and comfortably deliver you to the place of our meeting (the city of Famagusta). I will order a checked car with a professional driver. Taxi costs, as well as transfer in a comfortable Nissan Tiida car, are included in the price of the excursion.
- You need to have your passport with you. I also recommend taking a scarf or stole for visiting religious sites, sunscreen and hats.
- Entrance tickets are not included in the price - 6.5 euros per person, children under 12 are free
