What awaits you
Kremlin stars This is not a traditional sightseeing walk with an abundance of historical dates. I will show you Moscow from an unusual perspective and share little-known facts about the main monuments. You will see the Kremlin from the opposite bank and walk along its southern wall, marvel at the new bridge in Zaryadye Park and learn how the Krasny Oktyabr plant grew on the wasteland, which has now become a popular art cluster. I will also treat you to legendary sweets, the taste of which will remind you of childhood
Back to the Future We will walk through Muzeon Park to Bolotny Island, looking at familiar places in a new way. At the Cathedral of Christ the Savior we will recall the difficult fate of the shrine, and at the monument to Peter I we will talk about the role of the emperor in the history of the capital. You will learn how the city has changed over the centuries: in the pre-revolutionary, Soviet period and the dashing 90s. In conclusion, we will discuss which of the eras turned out to be the most successful for this or that space, and also rejoice at the positive changes in recent years. At the end of the walk, I will present you with handmade watercolor postcards and an author's guide to VDNKh as a keepsake of our amazing adventure.
- Visits to the monuments are not expected
- On our way there will be a branded confectionery store "Alyonka" and cozy coffee shops, where you can drop in if you wish.
- There are two sanitary stops - at the beginning and in the middle of the way. This route is not adapted for walking with children in strollers: on the way there are many stairs without ramps.
- As a gift from me you will receive handmade postcards and my author's guide to VDNKh - a detailed map with a route and an explanation file with a description of points on the map
