The subtleties of storage and sorting I will tell you how the berries get to the plant. You will observe the process of freezing, cleaning, sorting and processing of wild berries, and you can even be directly involved in the process. And if you wish, you will visit the shock-freezer refrigerator, where berries are stored before and after processing, and the temperature does not rise above -25 C
Taste the North The most delicious part of the excursion, of course, will be tasting all types of jam, as well as an absolutely exclusive product of the company - cloudberry sauce. Tea, coffee, drying and bagels are included. In addition, each participant of the excursion will receive a jar of jam as a gift!
