Past and present of the Sambek Heights You will visit the recently opened museum complex Sambek Heights, dedicated to the Great Patriotic War. You will walk along the Memory Alley, where the burial places of the defenders of the Don land are located, see the monument to the victorious Soviet soldier and appreciate the open-air exhibition of military equipment. In addition, I will show the chapel in honor of the Resurrection of Christ and the Glory Memorial, erected in 1980 in honor of the soldiers who liberated Taganrog
Matveev Kurgan After the Sambek Heights, we will go a little further north, to the Matveyevo-Kurgan region. It was here that on August 19, 1943, the breakthrough of the front by Soviet troops began. You will visit places of battles, hear war stories, reveal details of battles and see memorials dedicated to them: "Anchor", "Tank-T-34" and "Regulator Marusya".
